This is one of the very few items I'd give ten stars to if I could.I bought two of these ten years ago.I have four kids - 3 to 12 - and they are STILL the favorite toys of EVERYONE here.Twelve year old boys and three year old girls all enjoy these things.I have had to buy wheel kits after 100,000 miles and ten years of being left out in the rain and being driven on dirt and in gravel.Not too shabby.I highly, highly ,HIGHLY recommend these.They're expensive but worth it.Notice you'll never find one used (I've been trying for years) and the knock offs are good but not great.As to the customer service, I had exactly the opposite experience that the person above this complained about.I had a question about the skoooch last year and the owner of the company called me back ten minutes after I emailed them and was happy to answer all my questions.Nice, nice guy.Click Here to see more reviews about: Marky Sparky Skoooch Kick Scooter - Purple
