It's a cute little bell, but doesn't fit on the Ultegra STI shifter, which has a an electronics port on the top instead, presumably for connecting to Shimano's Flight Deck. It sits unused for now in my parts box. I pick it up from time to time to idly flick the thumb lever and hear the bell ring.
