I teach kids with autism, and this toy is a very systematic toy.I can use it to teach them to request, say go, and use it as a reinforcer.The ball on the top of the elephants nose did turn while the elephant goes in circles.The only thing is that the toy seems very fragile, I would not let my students play with it unattended!But other than that--i love it!Click Here to see more reviews about: Schylling Tin Elephant on a Bike
