I was pleased with this bicycle helmet. For the little princess that I purchased the Season of Enchantment Hardshell Bicycle Helmet and Protective Pad Value Pack for was a little big but I was afraid a toddler size would be to small.At least she can grow into this one.The helmet seemed to be well padded.We did not and have not tried on the elbow or knee pads.
