I purchased this costume for my son for Halloween. He absolutely loved it. It only comes with the bike and hat (hat is the same foam material, not hard plastic), so we bought a little policeman uniform seperately for him to wear under it. The only complaint I had was that because of the soft foam material and the small packaging, it took a few days to get it back to the proper shape. It was so squat up in the shipping box that it wouldn't stay in the proper shape when he put it on. No big deal though, if you've got a few days before they will be using it.It was a little pricey (for my liking), but my kid liked it so much it was worth it in the end.
