Bell Mirra Special Edition Multi-Sport Helmet Review

Maybe it was me that got the wrong size, but it does fit snugly if not comfortably, but all the inside is made of a dense foam that is very hard, and then only a very thin layer of pad attached with velcro. It also sits too high on my head and that seems to take away from the back protection.I think I might have to stick with Pro-Tec.

Bell Edge Youth Bicycle Helmet (Blue Rock and Roll) Review

Yeah. So I didn't notice the (BLUE rock and roll) in the title. Very tricky. This item took almost a month to get to me. It arrived in a box that was bashed up (FedEx fault?) either way, there was no packing material to protect the product. I wish I didn't buy it. I haven't used the helmet so please don't base the safety of the helmet on this review. I put it on, it seems comfortable, but I bought it for my son to use in a couple years. Because I thought it was black and silver. They really should change that picture...

Product Description:
Our cartoon collection weighs 255g and fits heads between 49-55cm, it's a smaller helmet than the speedy but larger than the kid. The junior bike helmet features: 9 ventilation openings, reflecting stickers, Bee Stop: Molded-in mesh in the large, forward vents that prevents bugs from impacting the scalp through the large ventilation openings, Individual Adapting System (IAS): With its ratcheting closure mechanism, and pivot points, the UVEX IAS 2-system provides a unique, three-dimensional, and micro-adjustable fit. The integrated strap system guide guarantees a good and tight fit. The IAS knob can be operated with one hand, while the helmet is on. The system also features a ventilated forehead with anti-allergic, washable cushion.Inmold Technology: Where other helmets have their protective foam glued into the hard outer shell, in our inmold process, the foam is injected into a mold that is "lined" with the Makrolon outer shell. As a result, the foam is bonded to the outer shell. The result is a much more stable helmet, which allows UVEX to increase the size of the ventilation openings.

Playskool Adventure Squad - Police Review

I purchased this for my grandaughter and was a bit hesitant because I assumed it would be more enjoyable for little boys. But I was wrong, she loves it. It really gave her a chance to enjoy playing the role and use her imagination of being a police officer. She especially loved the microphone feature in which she could hear her voice over the speaker on the helmet. Great product for boys and girls!

Pro-Tec Ace Dig Bike Helmet Review

It took a lot of actual store browsing and trying on helmets to find one that doesn't look dorky and this is it. But when I shopped on-line for it, there just weren't that many out there in my size. Finally found one and love it. Stealthy flat-black, visor, a goggle stay in back, and cool graphics. Other bikers just come up to me and ask me what kind of helmet I have because they like it too. Not expensive either.

Razor Aggressive Youth Multi-Sport Helmet (Satin Blue) Review

We bought this for our 9-yr old son to wear with his electric Razor scooter, pogo stick, and skate board. He already is use to wearing a bike helmet and a downhill ski helmet. We are trying to get him use to safety equipment as we progress to rock climbing, kayak, mountain biking, etc. This helmet is sturdy and well-made.It was easy to fit, although it only comes with two interior pads to use in the overall adjustment; one pad is thicker than the other. The pads stay in place with velcro. It sits very well on his head and stays in place. The chin strap probably has too much stapping, so I ended up rolling the extra and taping it.The straps are anchored at the sides; as far as I can tell they do not interconnect from one side (ear area) to another. This means the side with the receptor part of the clasp is limited in its adjustment, but I can't imagine this to be an issue.Overall, an excellent product:sturdy, easy-to-fit, large coverage, cool color.
