The helmet is constructed of high-density ABS plastic (the samematerial motorcycle helmets are made of) and lined with EPS foam padding designed toabsorb impact in the event of a fall. The knee and elbow pads are made of soft,comfortable nylon and have hard, plastic shells on the exterior to guard against bumpsand scrapes.
