I've used this lock for a year and have had no problems at all with it. It's so convenient to not worry about keys, and if my friends need to borrow my bike I can just tell them the combo over the phone, so they're happy too. Just make sure it is long enough before you buy, because mine works on my commuter bike but is too short to accommodate both the front wheel and frame on my mountain bike.
