I bought this bike for my daughter's 8th Birthday, it arrived damaged by UPS (I believe)so I didn't complain.We assembled it and let her ride, within a half hour the brakes started to malfunction, we had to tighten them and adjust them several times in a two hour period.The chain came off twice too.There are plenty of other options, don't waste your time with this one.Click Here to see more reviews about: Titan Tomcat Girls' BMX Bike - 20"
