This is a good kids bike. It is not a performance bike by any means but very good for the money.The important part is this:The bike was delivered on time and was very easy to asssemble.Unfortunately once I had it together I realized that the freewheel was defective. This was a present for my Daughter's birthday which at that time was 3 days away.I contacted Amazon via thier online process and they had a new one arrive at my home THE NEXT DAY with no questions asked.What great service!The second one was just fine and we still had it in time for her birthday.UPS picked up the defective bike at my front door and I didn't even have to pay any additonal shipping for the replacement or the return.Kudos to Amazon! I don't think I would have had customer service that good if I walked into a retail store. Buy with confidence!
