Bell Toddler Boy's Bicycle Helmet, Knee Pads, and Elbow Pads Value Pack (Blue Hang 10) Review

My 3 year old son loves this helmet and pads set.It fits him well and is adjustable as he grows. The only issue that we have with it is that the adhesive on the pads inside extends to the sides, so his hair always got stuck to it and pulled when he took it off.We did end up replacing the pads with some we purchased from a local bike store. He thinks the surfer dog is funny and it's never an issue getting him to put it on when he wants to go skating. The elbow and knee pads are not as well made as the helmet and only the circle with the picture on it really offers any protection.Still, I haven't found a better set yet that he'll actually wear and I don't figure that he'll be all that aggressive with his gear just yet anyway. For a three year old, it serves its purpose well.

Toy Story Toddler's Pacific Disney Pixar Helmet and Pads Review

I bought this for my 3-year-old daughter (a huge Toy Story fan, obviously). I was able to put it on her head, but no matter how I tried, I couldn't get it to feel like it wouldn't slip right off her if she fell unless I choked her with the straps. She went for a ride around a track, and halfway around, she stopped and insisted on taking the helmet off. The knee pads are okay, I guess, but they barely fit her (they were tight-- the velcro barely went around) and she's barely three! I returned this.

Thomas & Friends Micro Bicycle Helmet and Protective Pad Value Pack (Toddler) Review

Only helmet that would fit my 2 year old (most are too big). The helmet is good and works as intended.Knee pads are junk and not a realistic option for getting them on and keeping them there.Just buy the helmet if possible.

Thomas the Tank Engine Boys Bike (12-Inch Wheels) Review

Overall, a nice bike for our 3 1/2 year old daughter.A few small problems:

* The assembly guide included in the box didn't seem to be about this particular bike (a totally different model was discussed).
* The wheels have no inner tube -- fine by me, except that it turned out to be impossible to put air into the wheels using a hand pump; needed to take the bike to the gas station on its first day, as it came with floppy tires
* The front plate was not attached to the bike, nor was there any hardware to attach it with

Happy riding!

Product Description:
Thomas the Tank Engine fans who are just learning how to ride will love exploring the neighborhood on this brightly colored, Thomas-themed 12-inch bike. The bike offers such construction details as a sturdy steel Y-frame, a unicrown fork, and a steel one-piece crank. The bike's training wheels, meanwhile, offer stability while learning but also detach in minutes when your child is ready to ride solo. Perhaps the coolest detail for kids, however, is the Thomas the Tank Engine graphics, which are plastered on the frame, padded saddle, and chain guard. The bike even includes a Thomas character plaque attached to the front of the padded handlebar. Other features include rear coaster brakes and steel 12-inch rims with yellow pinstripes. The bike, which measures 33 by 28 by 19 inches (W x H x D), carries a six-month warranty on parts and a lifetime warranty on the frame.
