Well, it's a cheap bike and it shows. The front wheel is chronically loose and the rear wheel has a lot of friction. Also, the rear wheel is extremely out of alignment. Unfortunately, this is typical of bikes in this price range. I bought my daughter a Groovy Girls 16" bike a few years back that had the same problems. She dealt with it for two years, but I think this one is going back.
