I got this bike for my son's 7th birthday and it fits him perfectly.I even coast around on it so that tells ya it withstands some weight (although I'm only 160 pounds).I recommend this bike to anyone that wants his younger son to have a decent bike to have a blast with.
We go on rides almost everyday and he keeps up with me.Although I do encourage him to start slow until he masters the bike.He doesn't have much trouble going up hills now either (not steep grades mind you).
Why do I give it 4 stars?The assembly instructions might as well be in a Chinese dialect lol.If you dont already know all the "biking" terms then you will be in the dark with these instructions.But in time, just looking at the bike and putting it together with common sense, with a few adjustments.You'll have that bike on the road in no time.Next time I'm near a bike shop I plan on taking my son's bike so they can properly adjust everything.
