The picture did not represent the bike we received.The major difference was that the photo shows a hand brake but the unit we received had a 'coaster' brake.The item arrived exactly when it was supposed to but was missing a couple of items:1 of 4 plastic guards for the wheel nuts and an instruction sheet.Three adults (including an engineer) managed to assemble the bike in about 90 minutes although we're still guessing whether everything is in the right place!The quality is good, as expected, but I doubt that the decorative decals will last very long, and that is disappointing considering the price.However, the frame is sound and the paint quality is excellent so I'm sure it will render many hours of happy use--even if the decals do come off!Click Here to see more reviews about: Columbia Girl's Song Bird Bike, Pink, 16 Inch
